但实际测试也并非如此,(如④Zeal的1st/F-U按brianc84的观点应该是11帧)。


Slow效果(如HF)对攻击速度的影响,如下公式
Frames Per Attack={HitShift*(FramePerDirection) / [AnimationSpeed*(BaseRate+AttackRate-WSM+EIAS)/100]}-1
其中AttackRate = -Slow+Skill EIAS,它们是同等量纲,在计算上可直接加减运算。
